Primary
Responsibilities:
Test Drive vehicle management
Perform daily check on test drive vehicles using daily test drive vehicle checklist and ensure adherence to service schedule for the test drive vehicles
Ensure test drive vehicle cleanliness and availability with preferred customer settings
Ensure Decommissioning of the Test drive vehicles as per Audi India Policy, getting the right valuation and own the sale of the decommissioned vehicles with the Approved plus team
Ensure refurbishment of the Demo car vehicles for resale
Test Drive Process Readiness and Execution
Ensure adherence to test drive schedule and highlight reasons for deviation, if any
Immediately flag to sales team on any gaps from standard requirement or requested slots
Plan appropriate test drive routes for each model in consultation with sales team
Manage requests for display vehicle availability for market activation events and arrange for clean vehicle, driver and with sufficient fuel
Develop and implement improvement action plans in the event of complaints highlighted by sales team in review meetings
Ensure maintenance of the Test drive router and manage gate passes for Test Drive
Ensure Test drive feedback is captured by the customers and appropriate action is taken against the same.
Test Drive Process Reporting
Receive test drive requests from sales team and prepare test drive schedule in order to accommodate the same. Update the same on SFDC
Ensure updating of test drive vehicle availability board on a real time basis
Ensure recording of customer details prior to every test-drive
Update SFDC on Test Drive completion
Organize for home Test drive for customers as per schedule

% utilization of Test Drive Cars
Test Drive score - CSS
Test Drive score - MSS
Sales Process Audit - Sales Process - Test Drive Process Management
Infra Audit - Sales Process - Test Drive Process Management
Availability of models asked for test drives (PSF score)
Condition of the test drive vehicle (PSF Score)
