Primary
Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
Develop and maintain a well-informed, efficient, and motivated Approved Plus team by ensuring product and competition knowledge
Maintain and monitor the department KPIs allocated to team members for business analysis and forecasting
Conduct daily morning team meetings with department members to plan activities, review pipeline and track progress towards monthly targets
Support department members through the procurement to sales cycle and in efficient coordination with relevant teams to ensure smooth execution of required approved plus processes
Drive efforts to ensure high degree of SFDC adoption within the team through accurate and timely updates
Ensure optimal usage of all department resources – manpower and capital
Conduct annual, quarterly and monthly business overview analysis (target vs. achievement) and performance analysis for the Approved Plus department
Vehicle Procurement & Sales:
Drive efforts of team and individual consultants and evaluators to ensure achievement of department targets
Showcase strong customer orientation to ensure that the customer has a memorable and delightful brand experience
Support Used Car Evaluator in price discovery and negotiation with the customer
Support and guide Trade-In / Trade-Out Sales Consultant to handle objections and issue resolution as and when required
Track Approved Plus customer satisfaction and sales business performance
Process Adherence:
Ensure appropriate completion of used car certification process to certify Audi Approved Plus used cars
Ensure complete adherence to Audi Standard Operating Procedures
Plan and manage all system level reporting and documentation requirements as per Audi standards for self and team
People Management:
Ensure completion of the annual, quarterly and monthly target setting exercise, review and performance appraisal of all members of the Approved Plus department members
Ensure completion of all training requirement for self and assigned sales team as defined by Audi India
